Service Conditions

1. Scope of Services

B3T10 Technologies provides IT consulting, support, and management services as outlined in individual client agreements or statements of work. These conditions apply to all services rendered unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary systems, information, and personnel required for B3T10 Technologies to perform its services. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless data backup is a specified service provided by us.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees and payment schedules will be detailed in the service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. B3T10 Technologies will take reasonable measures to protect client data but is not liable for breaches outside of its direct control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.

6. Termination of Services

Services may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Specific termination clauses may be outlined in the client agreement.
